Japanese American Cultural & Community Center
Through the support of a 2010 Terasaki Community Outreach Program Grant, the Little Tokyo Historical Society will be honoring Hayahiko Takase, the architect of many of Little Tokyo’s iconic buildings, with an exhibit of his architectural work at the JACCC.
The exhibit will open with a reception on September 30, 2010 and run through October 10, with a small closing reception. The exhibit will be accompanied by a number of informal talks by Mr. Takase as well as several walking tours of the buildings in Little Tokyo. Members of the LTHS will also be conducting a few of these tours.
