Preserving the legacy of Japanese Americans in Little Tokyo
The Little Tokyo Community Impact Fund (LTCIF) is a unique socially responsible real estate investment project that is community-controlled and aimed to help the legacy small businesses and cultural institutions to survive and thrive against economic challenges such as gentrification. Investors into LTCIF will receive modest returns on their investment and at the same time enable the Fund to provide a community service for the preservation of historic Little Tokyo for future generations.
